Applications/protocols that use this scheme name:
   Distributed agency networks, autonomous robotic systems, and
   interplanetary computing infrastructure. The scheme provides
   stable endpoint identifiers for services whose network identity
   is associated with an astronomical location. Present Earth-based
   deployments resolve to HTTPS endpoints via DNS.
